review: Transformers 2007My grandfather took me out today, and I decided to see this movie in theaters a second time. I was never much of a fan of the full-length features that Michael Bay directed, but he did direct some cool music videos, like Gregg Allman's "I'll Be Holding On" (from the movie "Black Rain"), and Meat Loaf's "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" (in addition to the other two videos from "Bat Out Of Hell II"), however, Bay really surprised me with this film. Around the mid 50's, Ahmet Ertegün was joined by his brother Nesuhi, and Jerry Wexler. Also on board was engineer Tom Dowd. Atlantic's first major star was Ray Charles, who had a number one single with them in the late 50's with the classic, "What'd I Say". After that, Bobby
